Måneskin have done it again! More than one month since they won The Eurovision Song Contest, the Italian rockers keep going from strength to strength, and today is testament to this as they have scored themselves another U.K. top 10 chart placing with their cover of “Beggin”. This news marks the fifth consecutive week that Måneskin have been present in the U.K. charts.

With “I Wanna Be Your Slave” currently sitting at number 6, (moving up one place from last weeks charts) and “Beggin” entering the charts at number 10, Måneskin have now become the first Italian act to have two songs in the top 10 of the U.K. Singles Chart simultaneously. Their Eurovision entry “Zitte e Buoni” is still in the charts at number 51.

Måneskin have cemented themselves as one of the most successful Eurovision acts as they have gone global with not just their Eurovision hit “Zitte e Buoni”, but with other songs, including “I Wanna Be Your Slave”. Beggin’s top 10 placing in the official U.K. Singles Charts marks the thirteenth country in which this song has charted in.

Måneskin’s breakthrough came in 2017, when the band took part in series 11 of X Factor in Italy, finishing in second place overall. Since then, they have gone on to release an array of singles, EPs and Albums, all of which have proved very successful in Italy and beyond. In May 2021, they were crowned the winners of Eurovision, bringing the contest back to Italy for the first since 1991.
