Well-known jury members will be a part of the Polish selection for Eurovision Junior 2021
Poland is preparing to choose its candidate for Eurovision 2021 to be held in Paris in December. Poland, which has won the competition twice in a row (2018 and 2019), is organizing its national selection across three semi-finals and a final, on September 26.
The announcement was made in Poland, and the names are now public:
- Viki Gabor – Junior Eurovision 2019 winner
- Ida Nowakowska – TVP presenter and co-host of Junior Eurovision 2019 and 2020
- Maryla Rodowicz – Musician and Eurovision juror.
The Polish representative for Junior Eurovision 2021 will be selected in the final of Szansa na Sukces: Eurowizja Junior 2021 after three semi-finals, held on September 5th, 12th and 19th. The show has been used as the Polish selection process for Junior Eurovision since 2019.
In each program, seven candidates will be in the running. Only one of them will be selected to participate in the final. There will be 21 songs in the competition. The selections took place in June. For the final, a jury composed of one member from each semi-final will be present. The jury’s vote counts for 50% of the final mark, the remaining 50% come from the televote.
