Paris to host Junior Eurovision 2021 on December 19th

Eurovision 2021 is underway, whilst Junior Eurovision is already being prepared!

During a press conference organized by France 2 and the EBU, from Rotterdam, several announcements were made regarding this years Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
 
Thus, the competition will take place on December 19, 2021. Paris was chosen as the host city. The Seine Musicale will host the contest. Opened in April 2017, The Seine Musicale has a capacity going up to 6,000 seats and is located in the South-West of Paris.
 
The French broadcaster is also in negotiations with the EBU to organize everything in French.
 
For this edition, the chosen slogan is inspired by last year’s winning song, Imagine. “The need to imagine is something that we particularly need at the moment“, said the head of delegation. 
 
More details to follow in the coming weeks. The French broadcaster in charge of the organization will communicate regularly on the progress of the preparations.
