Windows95man won UMK24 and will represent Finland at Eurovision 2024
The Finnish national final Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu (short: UMK) was hosted by the famous actress and writer Pilvi Hämäläinen, singer Benjamin, and presenter and actress Viivi Pumpanen.
Seven songs were competing in what can be considered the best edition of UMK! This is what a second place at Eurovision can get you apparently…

- Cyan Kicks – “Dancing With Demons“
- Jesse Markin – “Glow“
- Mikael Gabriel & Nublu – “Vox populi“
- Sara Siipola – “Paskana“
- Sexmane – “Mania“
- Windows95man – “No Rules“
The winner has been determined by 75% televote and 25% international jury vote with members from the UK, Armenia, Spain, Ukraine, Luxembourg, Slovenia and Sweden. Here are the results from the juries:
- Sara Siipola – 70 pts
- Cyan Kicks – 48 pts
- Mikael Gabriel & Nublu – 42 pts
Windows95man got 285 points for the public; Sara Siipola got 203 points and Mikael Gabriel & Nublu got 136.
Windows95man with a total of 313 won the show!
