Montenegro Unveils 16 Entries for Montesong 2024 Ahead of Basel 2025

The second evening from Italy presented the second half of the participating songs of Sanremo 2021 in a show full of great guest artists such as Laura Pausini and Gigliola Cinquetti.
Tonight, we have been able to listen the second half of the 26 songs in the “Campioni” category, the category linked to Eurovision. Among them, familiar faces from Sanremo and Eurovision stand out, such as Bugo, Ermal Meta, Irama, Lo Stato Sociale and the Italian music legend Orietta Berti.
Among the guests of this second night have been the rock group Negramaro, the singer Marcella Bella, the Eurovision singer Fausto Leali (Italy 1989) and the great international star Laura Pausini.
But the most prominent presence has been that of the great Gigliola Cinquetti, legend of Italian music. Cinquetti has won the Sanremo Festival twice (1964 and 1966) and has represented Italy at Eurovision twice as well. In her first appearance, she managed to win Eurovision 1964 with the song “Non ho l’età” and, in the second, she was runner-up in Eurovision 1974 with the song “Sì”. Furthermore, she was the presenter of Eurovision 1991, the last edition organized by Italy until today.

In this show, the jury has evaluated the second 13 songs. The jury’s vote will have a final weight of 33%. At the moment, and only with the songs of the second night, the provisional classification looks like this:
