Moldova as broadcaster TRM has unveiled the lineup for Etapa Națională 2025, the national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest in Basel. This year marks a special milestone, as Moldova celebrates 20 years of participation in Eurovision, promising an electrifying pre-selection.

The Competition Format
The preliminary round on January 18 will narrow the lineup to 10 finalists. These finalists will then compete in the Etapa Națională grand finale on Saturday, February 22. The winner will be decided through a combination of jury and public voting, with each contributing 50% to the final result.

Moldova’s Natalia Barbu made an unforgettable impression at Eurovision 2024 in Malmö with her song In The Middle. Natalia, who previously competed in 2007, once again brought Moldova to the Grand Final, achieving significant recognition.
