Sixteen acts will be competing, with a mix of jury and public vote deciding the final results. In the first round of voting, a seven-member jury panel and public voting in a 50/50 split will determine the three acts who will advance to the superfinal, where 100% public vote will decide the winner.
Estonian Hip-Hop group 5 MIINUST teamed up with Estonian nu-folk duo Puuluup to create “(Nendest) narkootikumidest ei tea me (küll) midagi” for Eesti Laul 2024. After a third place jury finish and a landslide televote result, they won the right to represent Estonia at Eurovision 2024, where they qualified to the final, ending in 20th place overall.
