Sarah Bonnici has won 'MESC 2024' with the song "Loop" and will represent Malta in Malmö!
Tonight, Malta decided on its entry for Malmö!
Hosted by Carlo Borg Bonaci, Angie Laus and Jamie Cardona. Audiences saw the final consisted of pre-recorded live performances streamed to audiences on TVM and YouTube. Narrowed from a field of 36 songs to a final of 12.
In a decision split between between televoting and a jury decided the overall winner.

- Nathan – “Ghost”
- Lisa Gauci – “Breathe“
- Sarah Bonnici – “Loop”
- Greta Tude – “Topic (Bla Bla)”
- Miriana Conte – “Venom”
- Ryan Hili – “Karma”
- Gail – “Wildcard”
- Denise – “Mara”
- Matt Blxck – “Banana”
Sarah Bonnici won with 102 points, Matt BLXCK came second with 80 points and Ryan Hili in third with 71 points. Sarah was the clear favourite with the juries and came second in the televote. Matt BLXCK, who came third last year, won the televote but third with the juries.

Last year, Malta was represented by the lovable indie pop group “The Busker” in Liverpool with the song Dance (Our Own Party) but failed to qualify for the final.
