Junior Eurovision 2023 is about to be Nice!
The 21st edition of Junior Eurovision will take place on Sunday 26 November 2023 from the Palais Nikai in Nice on the French Riviera!
The announcement was made public this morning by the organisers France Télévisions with the EBU on twitter.
The 5th largest city in France offers several charming assets to host the event. First of all, its airport, the second busiest in France, offers numerous connections. The city is also known worldwide for its beaches and palm trees, and is a favourite destination for tourists and music stars! Finally, the Nikai Palace, a fantastic venue where we can create a unique and exceptional show with a capacity of 9,000 seats.

If we have a date, a venue, a host city, we are still waiting for some details. The logo and theme will be revealed later on as well as the final capacity of the arena or participants.
In 2021, France organised the Junior Eurovision contest in Paris on the theme of the magic of Christmas, an edition won by Armenia.
Last year, France surprisingly won the contest with Lissandro and his song “Oh Maman !”
