Auditions to determine the artists who will compete to represent France at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 were held at the Apollo Théâtre in Paris earlier in January. This year it seems that the organisation of the national selection has been delayed due to the organisation of the Junior Eurovision in Paris in December 2021. The national selection is likely to take place in March but stay tuned to get all the news!
Last year it was Barbara Pravi who won the French final before coming second in the Eurovision 2021 final in Rotterdam with 499 points.
