Dora 2025 semi-final 1 is complete with eight finalists discovered
The Croatian selection for Eurovision 2025 started this evening, with a total of eight artists qualifying for the final of Dora 2025 set to take place this Sunday March 2nd.
Televised across HRT and YouTube live from the Marino Cvetković Sports Hall in Opatija, a total of twelve artists performed their hearts out but only eight qualified through to the grand finale.
The following eight artists have qualified through to the final from semi-final 1 (qualifiers in bold):
- Matt Shaft – “Welcome to the circus”
- Jelena Radan – “SALUT!”
- NIPPLEPEOPLE – “ZNAK” (SIGN)
- SWINGERS – “FUL KUL (Full cool)”
- Martha May – “Running to the Light”
- LELEK – “The Soul of my Soul”
- Teenah – “Aurora”
- IVXN – “Monopol” (Monopoly)
- Marko Tolja – “Through the dark”
- Magazin – “AaAaA”
- Natalli – “Dom si srcu mom” (You are home for my heart)
- EoT – “Bye, Bye, Bye”
The second semi-final will take place tomorrow evening, where a further eight artists will join tonight’s qualifiers in the Final on Sunday.
Baby Lasagna represented Croatia at Eurovision 2024 in Malmö with “Rim Tim Tagi Dim”. The song was the televote winner in the Grand Final, scoring a total of 337 points. Overall Croatia finished 2nd with a total of 547 points.
