The EBU have confirmed that no Russian act will participate in The Eurovision Song Contest 2022.
The EBU have confirmed that no Russian act will participate in Eurovision 2022; thus Russia will be absent from this years contest in Turin.

The Executive Board of the EBU have made this decision following a recommendation by the Eurovision Song Contest Reference Group.
The news comes after many European broadcasters called on the EBU to remove Russia from Eurovision 2022, due to ongoing situation between Russia and Ukraine.
