After a great live show from Tampere, Finland has chosen its representative for the 2021 Eurovision in Rotterdam. Blind Channel will represent the Nordic nation with their song Dark Side in May.
The winning song was determined by a combination of international juries as well as televote. The televotes accounted for 75% and the jury votes accounted for 25% of the final result.
The running order of UMK 2021:
- Teflon Brothers x Pandora – I Love You
- Aksel – Hurt
- Laura – Play
- Danny – Sinä päivänä kun kaikki rakastaa mua
- OSKR – Lie
- Blind Channel – Dark Side
- Ilta – Kelle mä soltan
After receiving around 300 applications, having a great show with interval guests like Erika Vikman and Haloo Helsinki, we can’t wait to see what Finland has to offer for the big Eurovision stage in Rotterdam.
