The full results of the RTVE internal jury for Benidorm Fest 2024 have been released.
The Spanish broadcaster has revealed the full results of how the RTVE internal jury voted in this years Benidorm Fest. The jury panel reviewed all of the songs that were submitted to the broadcaster, and assigned points to each song to determine the 16 finalists that would go on to compete in this years Benidorm Fest.
The jury panel was made up of ten members, with five members from within RTVE, and five members from within the music industry:
From RTVE we have José Pablo López – director of General Contents; Ana María Bordás – co-editor of Benidorm Fest; César Vallejo – co-director of Benidorm Fest; María Eizaguirre – director of Communication at RTVE; Virginia Díaz – director of the ‘180 program degrees’.
From the music industry we have Tony Sánchez-Ohlsson, Pablo Cebrián, Rayden,Tony Aguilar and Myriam Benedited. All ten jury members had to chose their 22 favourite songs from 825 submissions, and ordered each of the 22 songs from highest to lowest. The song in first position was awarded 22 points, and second position 21 points etc.

- Miss Caffeina – “Bla bla bla” – 141 points
- Dellacruz – “BESO EN LA MAÑANA” (Kiss in the morning) – 136 points
- Nebulossa – “ZORRA” (BITCH) – 120 points
- María Peláe – “Remitente” (Sender) – 106 points
- Sofia Coll – “HERE TO STAY” – 97 points
- Mantra – “Me vas a ver” (You will see me) – 97 points
- Noan – “Te echo de -” (I miss you) – 88 points
- Roger Padrós – “El temps” (Time) – 88 points
- Angy Fernández – “Sé quién soy” (I know who I am) – 82 points
- Marlena – “amor de verano” (summer love) – 79 points
- Almácor – “Brillos platino” (Platinum glitters) – 75 points
- st. Pedro – “Dos extraños (cuarteto de cuerda)” (Two strangers (string quartet)) – 74 points
- Quique Niza – “Prisionero” (Prisoner) – 67 points
- Yoli Saa – “No se me olvida” (Don’t forget me) – 67 points
Interestingly, the only acts who received points from each of the ten jury members were Lérica and Miss Caffeina. The act who was voted for by the fewest members of the jury was Yoly Saa. Nebulossa, who went on to win Benidorm Fest only finished in fifth place with the jury, whilst the jury winner Lérica, failed to qualify from semi final one of Benidorm Fest 2024.
The broadcaster had six reserve songs/artists that would be added to the Benidorm Fest 2024 line-up in the event that one of the final 16 acts was unable to perform for whatever reason. Verónica Terres was the highest scoring reserve act with 65 points, just 2 points behind the sixteenth finalist Quique Niza with 67 points. The full results of the reserve artists are as follows:

- Reyko – “Run With You” – 60
- Ángela Carrasco – “Él y yo” – 59 points
- La Beba – “No me fucking importa” – 57 points
- Veintiuno – “Telenovela” – 57 points
