Aiko has delivered a very powerful first rehearsal of "Pedestal".

For Aiko’s staging of “Pedestal”, we see her and her backing dancers all dressed in black as they deliver a very strong and powerful choreography. Throughout the performance, we see the stage filled with a bright red colour and strobe lighting, which goes very nicely with their black coloured outfits, and which adds much needed colour to an otherwise dark staging.
Aiko and the Czech team have previously explained the concept behind the Eurovision staging for “Pedestal” as representing the five stages of grief during a break-up. Each of her four dancers represents one stage each – denial, anger, bargaining, and depression. Aiko represents the final stage, acceptance.
