Who will represent Iceland this year? 10 songs are in the running!
After back to back top 10 finishes, RÚV have released the 10 songs that will compete in Iceland’s national final Söngvakeppnin 2022.
As always, each song has an Icelandic and English version. In the semi finals taking place on the 26th February and 5th March, artists will perform the Icelandic versions. Then if they make it to the final on the 12th March, they will decide which version they would like to put forward to potentially go to Eurovision.

Iceland last used Söngvakeppnin as their selection method in 2020, when Dađo og Gagnamagniđ with the song ‘Think About Things’.
