Zlata Dzyunka will represent Ukraine at Junior Eurovision 2022

Zlata Dzyunka will represent Ukraine at Junior Eurovision 2022 with her song "Незламна" (Unbreakable).

Ukraine’s national final for Junior Eurovision 2022 took place today in Kyiv. A total of five acts were competing for the ticket to Yerevan, but in the end, it was 13 year old Zlata Dzyunka who was crowned the winner. You can watch the national final here.

The final results were decided by a mix of online voting and jury voting. The jury members were television presenter and artist Anzhelika Rudnytska, singer/songwriter Khrystyna Solovyy and singer-vocal coach Myroslava Saliy.

  • Zlata Dzyunka – “Nezlamna” (Unbreakable) – 9 points
  • Sofia Artemenko & DJ Polinka – “Zamovlyannya” (Order) – 9 points
  • Darya Rebrova – “Paporoti kvitka” (Fern flower) – 6 points
  • Diana Stasiuk – “We are the Future” – 3 points
  • Elizaveta Petruk – “Pisnya pro Lelechat” (Stork song) – 3 points

The end of the voting saw a tie for first place between Zlata Dzyunka and Sofia Artemenko & DJ Polina, who both received 9 points. As a result of this, the jury members voted again to decide who would be going to Junior Eurovision 2022.

Zlata comes from the city of Rava-Ruska in Western Ukraine. Prior to Ukraine’s Junior Eurovision national final, she has participated in the Prague Art Festival, Vistula Sounds 2022 in Poland and  Zvaigzdziu sonata 2022 in Lithuania.
