Eurovision fan? Want to get more invovled?

We have some exciting opportunities for new team members from around the world to join our fun and friendly team, and help us cover Eurovision all year round!

We are especially looking for:

Aspiring journalists and experienced writers to join our writing team.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for regularly sourcing news content, writing, publishing and sharing. You will be someone who can’t get enough of the latest Eurovision news, and is always keeping up to date with what’s going on throughout the year. You will be fluent / near-fluent in written English (as that’s the language we write in!)

News not your thing? We are also looking for creative writers to work on written features, and polls / data / analysis geeks who love crushing the numbers!

Creative social media experts / enthusiasts

Are you a Eurovision super-tweeter? Do you have experience in running an engaging facebook page? As a member of our social media team, you will be responsible for promoting our work through social media. You will be social media savvy and have the opportunity to use your creative flair!

Talented Video editors

Got the video editing skills that pay the bills? We are really excited to welcome new video editors to our team, who will be responsible for producing video content for our channel. You will be proficient in one of the main video editing programmes and be able to deliver creative and engaging content, and assist with other editing tasks.

Got a skill that’s not mentioned above? We would still be keen to hear from you if you think you can bring something that we need. So get in touch!

As a member of the team, you will be expected to contribute regularly and get stuck in when needed. We understand that everyone is able to commit at various different levels, and give varying amounts of time. We all do this for the love of the contest, and all have ‘real lives’ and commitments outside of Eurovision. Our team consists of people who have other full time or part time jobs, university students, freelance workers and we are always flexible around this.

Sound good so far?

Carry on reading below to answers to some of the questions you may have…

What kind of people are you looking for?

We are looking for people who are passionate, motivated, friendly, proactive and committed, and can represent the team professionally. We also ask that you are able to communicate well in the English language (written and verbal). This is a voluntary role, and we all do it for the love of the contest.

Can I attend live events?

Accreditation’s at live events are always limited, and the Editor-in-Chief will always have the final decision on who will attend which events, based on skills and contributions, so there is never any guarantee. However, we encourage our team members to attend national finals on our behalf, and we always try to secure as many accreditation’s as possible for all live events and national finals.

Do I have to be from Eurovision country?

Not at all! We have members from a number of not participating countries, incluidng USA, Canada, The Philippines and Singapore.

Do I have to be in videos too?

Depending on skills and contribution, there may also be opportunities to be involved in videos for our YouTube channel, live interviews, written interviews, social media and more, but no-one ever has to be on screen if they don’t want to!

OK I'm interested. What do I need to do next?

It’s easy! Contact us at: contact@eurovoxx.tv and tell us about yourself, but make sure you include:

  • Your name
  • Where you are from
  • Why you would like to join our team
  • What role/s you are interested in?
  • What skills and experience you can bring to the team

The more information you can provide, the better! Due to the number of applications we receive, we may not be able to get back to everyone, but will try our best!
