TVP have not been in contact with JoJo Siwa and her team regarding Eurovision 2025.
The Polish broadcaster has confirmed that there has been no discussions with JoJo Siwa, or any other artist, in regards to Eurovision 2025 participation. This confirmation comes after numerous TikTok videos from JoJo Siwa, in which she talks about representing Poland at next years Eurovision Song Contest in Switzerland.
Despite already having a project that she is committed to at the same time as Eurovision 2025, JoJo Siwa appears confident that she can make Eurovision work, mentioning in a GRWM video on TikTok just a few days ago that “…It’s actually become a real conversation, and Eurovision’s into it; we are talking with the people in Poland.”

JoJo and Eurovision: an unlikley combination
Over the past few weeks, JoJo Siwa has been sending fans into a frenzy with multiple TikTok videos about Eurovision. But how did this all come about? JoJo’s most recent song “Yesterday’s Tomorrow’s Today”, (which features Disco Polo, a type of Polish Urban Folk music created in Poland in the 1980s), began trending in Poland in recent weeks. Ever since then, JoJo has been teasing us all with various TikTok videos captioned “preparing for Eurovision”.
Most recently, JoJo took to the the social media app to surprise fans with a short snippet of her hit song “Karma” in Polish. The video sees JoJo trying to sing part of the chorus of “Karma” in the Polish language.
No decision from TVP
In light of all this Eurovision talk from JoJo Siwa herself, the Polish broadcaster have stepped in to dispel these rumours. In a statement to Dziennik Eurowizyjny, TVP have said:
“Ladies and gentlemen, referring to the numerous questions regarding the preparations of Telewizija Polska for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, we inform you that Telewizija Polska is not conducting any talks with artists on this matter and has not made any decisions regarding participation in the contest. We will inform you about Telewizija Polska’s involvement in the preparations for this years Eurovision as soon as possible through the official TVP channels…
… Currently, Telewizija Polska is implementing the “Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024″. We invite you to TVP2 on September 29 this year for the final of the Polish Junior Eurovision pre-selections, which will be hosted by Artur Orzech, and on November 16 for the final in Madrid.”
Who is JoJo Siwa?
Joelle “JoJo” Siwa is a 21 year old American singer, dancer, actress and social media personality who rose to fame through her participation in television show “Dance Moms” when she was just eight years old. She made her first foray into the music industry in 2016 with the release of her debut single “Boomerang”. Her film debut came just one year later, when she signed with Nickelodeon and went on to star in the film “Blurt!”.
Since then, JoJo has remained a popular fixture on social media, with over 45 million followers on TikTok, and over 11 million followers on Instagram. She has just recently released her fourth EP “Guilty Pleasure” back in July, which contains “Karma” and “Guilty Pleasure”.
