TuralTuranX will be representing Azerbaijan at the Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool with the song "Tell Me More".
Azerbaijani broadcaster İctimai Television selected the duo from a shortlist of five artists. The song will be revealed at a later date.
Who are TuralTuranX
Tural and Turan are 22 year old twins from Zaqatala.
Not much is currently known about the duo. The brothers are street performers and their Eurovision single will be their first officially released single.
Azerbaijan at Eurovision
Azerbaijan have competed at Eurovision 14 times, only failing to appear at the final once (2018). They made their debut in 2008 with Elnur and Samir and their song “Day After Day” which reached 8th in the contest.
In their first 6 years of competing, Azerbaijan made the top 10 every year. The highlight of this run was winning the contest in 2011 with Ell and Nikki and their song “Running Scared“. Azerbaijan’s most recent entry was Nadir Rustamli and his song “Fade To Black”, reaching 16th in the final.
