Simão Oliveira is the winner of “The Voice Kids” in Portugal. The 14-year-old contestant was the most voted contestant by the public in the final that took place this Sunday, April 18th.
Simão Oliveira, the winner of the RTP1 talent program, won a record contract with Universal Music Portugal and will represent Portugal at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in France.
Simão Oliveira is from a small town named Arouca. He lives with his parents and his 8-year-old sister, Rita. In the family, they all like to sing, but no one has the dream of pursuing a career. Simão started singing at the age of four. When he started listening to fado, at the age of 6, he fell in love. He wanted to start listening to the oldest and most traditional themes and fado singers.
