The Roop, representatives of Lithuania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021, talked with Salvador Sobral, winner of the 2017 contest, who started the conversation, which was made available on social networks, speaking Lithuanian. Vaidotas, the group’s vocalist, pointed out that “Amar Pelos Dois” is his favorite Eurovision song ever, because “he was not eurovisionish”, with Salvador thanking and wishing good luck for the contest that “is difficult and requires a lot”. Asked about the advice he would give to the candidates, the Portuguese artist said that “the greatest advice is to be honest with what you are doing. Honest with the public and with yourself”.
