Could The Roop be returning to Lithuania's Eurovision national final in 2024?
Lithuania’s Eurovision 2020 and 2021 representatives, The Roop, have confirmed that they have submitted a song to the country’s brand new national final for Eurovision 2024, Eurovizija.lt.
The Roop were declared the winners of Pabandom iš naujo! in 2020 with their song “On Fire”. Due to the cancellation of the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest, they returned to the national final in 2021 with “Discoteque”. They went on to finish in 8th place in the final with 220 points, achieving Lithuania’s second highest placing and highest ever score in Eurovision.
