Senhit is back with yet another Eurovision cover in her #FreakyTripToRotterdam series! This time, she has gone Greek in her cover of “Alcohol is Free”, originally sung by Koza Mostra and Agathon Iakovidis for Greece at Eurovision 2013.

Senhit has once again teamed up with artistic director Luca Tommassini, who has directed the music video, which sees Senhit singing and dancing along, in a range of different outfits, in a range of different styles, with two male dancers and Buddy the Dog!

Speaking of the music video, and all the different styles she embodies, Senhit has had this to say: “I wanted to emphasizes the most combative soul of this piece, through an extraordinary make-up and clothes which recall the Greek culture. The video is divided into three frames: Luca Tommassini starts covering clothes and faces of mine and the two dancers with the colors of the Greek flag, and then moves first toward the dark, in tribute to French provocative elegance, with references to Guesch Patti’s “Etienne” video as well as Madonna’s “Human Nature”, to end up with the crazy rainbow of colors of the tribal chic.”

Alcohol is Free marks Senhit’s eighth cover so far in her #FreakyTripToRotterdam series. She has previously covered “Amar Pelos Dois“, “Rise Like A Phoenix“, “Congratulations“, “Ding-A-Dong“, “Everyway That I Can”, “Cheesecake“ and “Waterloo”.
