Denmark’s national final for Eurovision 2025, ‘Dansk Melodi Grand Prix’ has come to an end and we now have our winner, it’s Sissal with her song ‘Hallucination’.

Tonight’s show consisted of eight artists who performed their hearts out with hopes of representing their country this May in Basel. These artists performed in the following running order;

  1. Mariya – “I Belong To Me”
  2. Tim Schou – “Proud”
  3. Max Ulver – “Supernova”
  4. Hervé Toure – “Allez allez”
  5. Maria Mathea – “Air”
  6. Adel the Second – “The Unluckiest Boy Alive”
  7. Sissal – “Hallucination”
  8. Andreas Kruse – “Hear My Prayer”

Once all artists had performed live at the Boxen arena in Herning this evening, the voting lines opened to determine which three performances had qualified to the Superfinal. Tonight’s voting was with 50% of the vote coming from the jury, and the remaining 50% coming from televote.

Scoring a total of 38 points overall, Sissal will now go on to represent Denmark at Eurovision 2025.

At last year’s Eurovision Song Contest, Denmark was represented by Saba with her song ‘Sand’. Saba finished in 12th place in Semi-final 2 with 36 points overall, sadly not advancing to the Grand final.
