Tonight is the night! Serbian pop star Sara Jo, who represented Serbia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmö as a member of the group Moje 3, is ready to perform at World Pride in Copenhagen. She will be closing the event.
This is the first time that a Serbian artist will perform at this event, which is the introduction to EuroPride 2022 which is to be held next September in Belgrade. Sara will perform her most popular hits with new arrangements. She will be joined with four dancers, and Serbian designer Nina Mandić created their costumes.

Feeling so blessed & emotional to be the first Serbian artist to perform at such a big & important event 🙏🏻🥺♥️ @belgradepride pic.twitter.com/k9AZVBvOWD
Throughout her solo career, Sara has been openly supporting the LGBTQ+ community and has been fighting for their rights. No wonder the organizers invited her to perform, since she is known for her activism. This will be the great opportunity for her to expand her fandom as well.
After failing to qualify to the Grand Final of the Eurovision, Sara, Nevena and Mirna left the group Moje 3 as it was specially created for the Contest. As they all started their own solo careers, Sara Jovanović, better known as Sara Jo, managed to become one of the biggest female pop stars in Serbia. She released many singles that swiftly became huge hits, such as Bez Sna, Mili, mili and Nemam vremena za to.
@MissSaraJo će sutra, 21. 8. nastupati na World Pride-u u Kopenhagenu, što će ujedno biti i prvi put da neko iz Srbije nastupa na na ovoj manifestaciji.
