Pasha returns to Eurovision
Pasha Parfeni is no stranger to Moldovan national finals, nor to Eurovision either. Pasha’s first forray into Moldova’s national finals came in 2009, when, as a member of SunStroke Project, they finished in 3rd place with “No Crime”.
Pasha returned to Moldova’s national final in 2010 as a solist, finishing in second place with “You Should Like”. He returned in 2011, only to finish in third place with “Dorule”.
Pasha’s lucky break came in 2012, when he went on to represent Moldova at Eurovision in Baku with “Lăutar”. He qualified from the semi finals, and finished in 12th place in the final. He returned to Eurovision the following year as piano player for Aliona Moon, who had been one of his backing dancers in 2012.
