The second semi-final of Melodifestivalen has, like last week, been held at Annexet in Stockholm, with two new artists joining the finalists Danny Saucedo and Arvingarna in the Melodifestivalen final on the 13th of March!
Dotter with the song “Little tot” and Anton Ewald with the song “New religion” directly qualified to the final on the 13th of March. Frida Green with the song “The silence” and Eva Rydberg and Ewa Roos with the song “Rena Rama Ding Dong” will have a second chance to make it to the final in the Andra Chansen show, which takes place on the 6th March.
The songs that were unfortunately eliminated were:
Patrick Jean – “Tears run dry“
Julia Alfrida – “Rich“
WAHL feat SAMI – “90-talet“
The search for Sweden’s Eurovision entry for 2021 continues with these remaining shows:
- Semi 3 – On the 20th of February
- Semi 4 – On the 27th of February
- Second Chance round (Andra Chansen) – On the 6th of March
- Final – On the 13th of March
