The remaining six countries will take to the stage for their first rehearsal.

Today, the remaining six countries of Junior Eurovision 2023 will take to the stage at Palais Nikaïa for their first rehearsal.

Yesterday, we saw ten countries complete their first rehearsal: Ukraine, North Macedonia, Germany, Estonia, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Malta, Portugal, Georgia and Armenia. Today, it’s the turn of Ireland, Poland, Albania, France, Spain and Italy.

Each country will have forty minutes on stage for their rehearsals that will be taking place behind closed doors, as has been the case since 2019. Aside from the rehearsals taking place, the Junior Eurovision 2023 acts will be continuing on with the filming of their postcards that will be shown before their performance during the show.

Pictures from the first rehearsals will be uploaded to the Junior Eurovision’s official social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and X.

Junior Eurovision 2023 is taking place in Nice, France, at indoor concert hall, Palais Nikaïa. The show will be hosted by Laury Thilleman and Olivier Minne (Junior Eurovision 2021 co-host) on Sunday 26th November at 16:00 CET. The final results will be decided by a mix of 50% jury vote and 50% online vote, as has been the case since 2017. The online vote will open on Friday 24th November.
