North Macedonian broadcaster MRT have announced Lara Trpčeska and Irina Davidovska will represent the Balkan nation at Junior Eurovision 2022 in Yerevan.

North Macedonia at Junior Eurovision

North Macedonia took part in the first ever Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2003. They came 12th with Marika & Viktorija and their song “Ti ne me poznavaš“. The country are no strangers to sending duos to the contest, with their best result coming in 2007 from Rosica Kulakova & Dimitar Stojmenovski reaching 5th place with “Ding Ding Dong“.

Last year, North Macedonia sent group Dajte Muzika to Paris with the song “Green Forces“. They finished in 9th place with 114 points.
