Enzo has the honour of representing France on home soil this year with his energetic song Tic Tac! Here is all the information you need on Enzo and his song!
Who is Enzo?
Henzo Hilaire, better known by his stage name Enzo, is a French hip-hop and R&B singer. He was born in Yvelines, Île-de-France, but as his father is an airplane pilot, he grew up between France, Macau and Hong Kong. He plays the guitar and has singing lessons. Enzo has a YouTube channel on which he posts vlogs, covers and original songs.
Aside from the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, he also participated in season 7 of The Voice Kids France, where he made it to the final with judge Soprano.
How did he get selected?
As with previous participations, there was no national selection for France. Enzo’s particiaption was announced by France Télévisions on 21 October 2021.

France at Junior Eurovision
France debuted in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2004, and since then have competed 4 times, most recently in 2020 where they won for the first time ever with Valentina with her song J’imagine.
