Iru Khechanovi has won the ticket to Eurovision 2023 as she is crowned the winner of The Voice Georgia.
After 10 weeks, the show has finally come to an end, as the final of The Voice Georgia took place at GBP Studios in the capital, Tbilisi.
A total of eight acts battled it out to be crowned not only the winner of The Voice, but Georgia’s Eurovision 2023 representative.

Earning over one fifth of the overall televotes, and wracking up an impressive 21.88% of the televotes, Iru was the convincing winner of The Voice Georgia. The song that Iru will perform at Eurovision 2023 will be chosen internally at a later date.
Who is Iru Khechanovi?
Iru Khechanovi is a Georgian singer and songwriter. Prior to The Voice, she won Junior Eurovision 2011 as part of the girl group “Candy”. The five member group just pipped Rachel from The Netherlands to the top spot, finishing the night with 108 points with their catchy disco number “Candy Music”.
More recently, Iru released her latest track “Idea” on January 16th, 2023, with an accompanying music video. The song is a very upbeat club/dance track.
