Iolanda will perform at Eurovision 2025 as a special guest.
SRG SSR have confirmed that Portugal’s Eurovision 2024 representative Iolanda, will be performing at Eurovision 2025 in Basel. In a video on Instagram, Iolanda confirms that she will be performing at this years Eurovision Song Contest as a special guest.
Iolanda is just one of many former Eurovision participants to be confirmed as performing at Eurovision 2025. Iolanda will be joined by fellow Eurovision 2024 participants Baby Lasagna, Jerry Heil and Marina Satti. They will be joined by Eurovision 2020 & 2021 artists Efendi (Azerbaijan); Destiny (Malta) and The Roop (Lithuania) and Gjons Tears (Switzerland). Jørgen Olsen (one half of the Olsen Brothers – Denmark 2000) will also perform as well as reigning Eurovision champion Nemo, who will perform a new song.
Iolanda represented Portugal at Eurovision 2024 with her song “Grito”. She qualified to the final, where she achieved another top 10 result for Portugal, ending the night in 10th place with 152 points. Since Eurovision 2024, Iolanda has gone on to release her third EP, Olhar p’ra baixo, which spawned the single “Calma”.
