It’s officially confirmed! The trio announced that their Eurovision 2021 entry Loco Loco is going to be released on March 5th. The official music video is going to be premiered on Eurovision YouTube channel at 18:00 CET.

They posted a snippet of the song and the video on their Instagram account. From what can be heard, it sounds like a banger, very similar style to their 2020 entry Hasta La Vista. They’ve previously teased that their song is going to be a perfect mix of pop and sex appeal.

Loco Loco is produced by Darko Dimitrov and Nemanja Antonić, while lyrics are written by the group member, Sanja Vučić.

Hurricane was selected to represent Serbia in Eurovision Song Contest 2020 after they had won Serbian national selection Beovizija. After EBU announced cancellation of last year’s edition due to the COVID-19 pandemic, RTS, Serbian broadcaster, confirmed that the group will represent Serbia this year in Rotterdam. This time they’ve chosen their song via internal selection and, judging by the official snippet, they are going in the same direction as with Hasta La Vista.

Who are Hurricane?

Hurricane is a girl trio consisting of Sanja Vučić, Ivana Nikolić and Ksenija Knežević. Two of them have already been on the Eurovision stage before – Sanja represented Serbia in 2016 with her song Goodbye (Shelter), and Ksenija was a backing vocalist for Montenegro a year before, supporting her father Knez with his song Adio.

They are currently very popular in Serbia and region with numbers of hits such as Favorito, Brzi Prsti, Avantura, Folir’o and many others. They release songs in both Serbian and English and apparently their entry is going to be in Serbian.
