Germany has revealed further information about their Junior Eurovision selection process for 2021. After the quick confirmation of their second participation at the junior version of the Eurovision Song Contest, the responsible broadcaster NDR changes some things about the selection process. In a collaboration of NDR and KIKA (the children channel), young talents can apply to a live casting during the summer. Based on a broad jury, the selected artists are up for an online voting on kika.de
Compared to 2020 as well as the selection process of the adult version for Germany, this is a big change. Now, the German public can decide who should represent their country Junior Eurovision 2021 that will be held in France.
