The 20th edition of Junior Eurovision Song Contest has just come to an end, and we have a winner: It’s France! Lissandro represented France with his song “Oh Maman!” and he got 203 points in the Grand Final
This year’s show was placed in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia. From Kazakhstan to Portugal we watched 16 performances from all around Europe. Armenia’s representative in Eurovision 2016, Iveta Mukuchyan, actor and musician Garik Papoyan, and Armenia’s representative in Junior Eurovision 2019 Karina Ignatyan were our hosts.
The winner was decided by a mix of 50% online televote and 50% jury voting. The online vote opened on 9th December, and remained opened until the voting window closed during the live show on 11th December.
Based on the jury votes France was in the first place with 132 points, Georgia was in the second place with 144 points, and Armenia came third with 110 points. After the tele-votes France won the contest with the 203 points!

France have already confirmed that they plan to host Junior Eurovision 2023, although no city has been confirmed yet.
