Eurovision in Concert 2024: hosts and ticket information announced

Further information about Eurovision in Concert 2024 has been revealed.

Earlier this week, the organisers of Eurovision in Concert announced some important updates for next years edition, namely details regarding the ticket sales, and the names of the hosts for the concert.

Ticket sales for Eurovision in Concert 2024 will go on sale at 10:00 CET on Friday 13th October, and will be available to purchase from ticketmaster.nl. OGAE members will be able to get their tickets at a reduced price during the pre-sale which begins at 10:00 CET on Wednesday 11th October.

The Girl is back!

Prior to information about ticket sales being released, the organisers of Eurovision in Concert announced the names of the hosts for next years concert: Cornald Maas and Charlotte Perrelli.

Fans will undoubtedly know Charlotte Perrelli from her two Eurovision participations (1999 and 2008), as well as her other Melodifestivalen participations in 2012, 2017 and 2021 Charlotte has previous hosting experience with Melodifestivalen and illsammans för världens barn, among others. Charlotte won’t just be hosting, but will be performing on the night too!

Joining Charlotte Perrelli on stage is none other than Dutch television presenter and talk show host Cornald Maas. He has previously hosted Eurovision in Concert on many occassions in the past, alongside various Dutch television programmes, including a co-hosting gig for the countrys national finals in 2006 and 2007.

Eurovision in Concert: a brief history

Eurovision in Concert was founded by a group of Dutch Eurovision fans, and has become one of the biggest and most popular Eurovision pre-parties. The concert has taken place in The Netherlands every year since 2009.

As the concert has evolved over the years, becoming bigger and more popular among Eurovision fans and participating countries alike, many changes have been needed in order to accomodate this. The current venue, AFAS Live, with a capacity of 6,000, is a big arena in Amsterdam that has hosted Junior Eurovision 2012 among many other events.
