The wait is finally over! Eurovision 2025 is now upon us!
The Eurovision 2025 season is kicking off in Basel today as the first rehearsals are set to begin for this years contest. The artists from the first seven countries of semi final 1 will take to the stage at St Jakobshalle today for their first rehearsal.
- Iceland: VÆB – RÓA
- Poland: Justyna Steczkowska – GAJA
- Slovenia: Klemen – How Much Time Do We Have Left
- Estonia: Tommy Cash – Espresso Macchiato
- Ukraine: Ziferblat – Bird of Pray
- Sweden: KAJ – Bara Bada Bastu
- Portugal: NAPA – Deslocado
Unlike in previous years, it is reported that there will be no TikTok clips or YouTube videos of the first rehearsals. Instead, it has been reported that we will just get a few photos from each country’s first rehearsal.
The remaing eight acts from semi final one will have their first rehearsals at St Jakosbhalle tomorrow.
Prior to the Eurovision 2025 artists first rehearsals, it has been reported that the three hosts for Eurovision 2025 – Hazel Brugger, Michelle Hunziker and Sandra Studer, travelled to Basel at the end of April to begin in-person rehearsals at St Jakobshalle.
