It has been confirmed that Enzo will represent the host country at this years Junior Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Tic Tac”. Enzo becomes the first boy to represent France at Junior Eurovision since Thomas Pontier in 2004.

Tic Tac has been written and composed by Alban Lico. The song talks about enjoying the simple things in life, and being sure to take a break once in a while! The song is available on major streaming services as well as YouTube.

The French delegation and broadcaster are very happy to see Enzo representing France at this years contest, as Head of Delegation Alexandra Redde-Amiel explains: We are very happy to welcome Enzo into the big family of Eurovision. All the French delegation and France Télévisions will be at his side to accompany him in this extraordinary adventure which will also be marked by the organization of the event in France. Historic!”

Who is Enzo?

Enzo Hilaire was born in 2008 into a musical travelling family, thanks to his father’s job as a pilot. He has been singing (and rapping) since he was a little kid, and he can also play the guitar, having been taught by his father.

"As a child I was already singing and dancing in my living room. My brother got a guitar for Christmas, I borrowed it from him and it was my father who taught me to play it."
