Italy have chosen Chanel Dilecta to represent them at Junior Eurovision 2022.
It has also been confirmed that Chanel will sing “BLA BLA BLA” in Yerevan this December. The song and music video will be released next week.
Who is Chanel Dilecta?
Chanel hails from the small town of Thiene in Northern Italy, where she lives with her family and Dog, Rambo.
Chanel has studied singing, ballet, piano, modern dance and stage art since the age of 4. She has performed in various international competitions, including TMF (Tour Music Fest), The Italian Performer Cup and The Coach Contest.
Italy in Junior Eurovision
Italy had an impressive debut in Junior Eurovision, winning on their first attempt in 2014. They have participated almost every year since then (except for 2020). During this time, they have managed a further four top 10 placings.
