Reports from OGAE Belarus tell us that the country’s representative for Eurovision 2021 will be unveiled on the 4th March. There has been no official announcement from broadcaster BTRC who reportedly received 50 songs after an open submission process announced in January. Past Eurovision stars such as Zena (Belarus 2019) and Daz Sampson (United Kingdom 2006) are reported to have submitted entries for Belarus this year and we’re looking forward to seeing who has been chosen to fly the flag in Rotterdam this May!
In 2020, VAL was selected to perform with the song Da Vidna prior to the contest being cancelled. While we wait for more news from the Belarusian team, you can watch Eurovoxx’s very own Andy share his reaction to the last year’s entry in the link below!
