The International Relations department of the Albanian public broadcaster RTSH has announced that they will decide if Albania will participate in Junior Eurovision 2021 in France in June 2021. One of the most important factors for consideration might be the situation with the Covid-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, last year this country withdrew from the contest.
As of the tenth of April, seven countries have already declared their interest in participating in this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest, which is going to take place on the 28th of November in France:
- France
- Georgia
- Germany
- Ireland
- The Netherlands
- Russia
- Spain
