Germany has chosen its act for Eurovision 2025, and the selection comes with an unexpected twist! The sibling duo Abor & Tynna will take the stage in Basel with their song “Baller.”

Who are Abor & Tynna? 🎶

Abor & Tynna, real names Attila and Tünde Bornemisza, are an Austrian sibling duo with Hungarian roots. Born and raised in Vienna, Austria, the pair comes from a musical family—their father, Csaba Bornemisza, is a cellist for the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. Despite their Austrian background, they have been chosen to represent Germany, a rare but intriguing selection that has already sparked discussions among fans.

“Baller” – A Eurovision Power Anthem?

Their song, “Baller,” is set to be an energetic, hard-hitting performance that blends electronic beats, urban influences, and a touch of orchestral flair—a nod to their classical music heritage. Early reactions suggest that “Baller” could be one of Germany’s boldest entries in recent years. Although nobody sees it as a Eurovision winner at this point.

The duo is known for their high-energy stage presence and their ability to fuse modern and classical sounds, making them a unique contender in this year’s Eurovision lineup.
