ABBA’s Björn and Benny, have revealed that they would consider writing a Eurovision hit for the UK, if the artist was right. Speaking to BBC Breakfast, the Swedish legends were responding to a question about the UK’s newly announced approach to selecting the entry for Eurovision 2022! In their opinion, a good song is only part of the package and it would depend on the artist that was attached! They suggest that Dua Lipa would fit the bill:
“Picking an act is one thing, writing a song is different. So you need both a great song and a good act“
