Another act to be added to the class of Eurovision 2025 as Iceland select Eurovision representative.
After two super-saturdays, it’s now time for a more chilled Saturday evening as we have only four shows, and one artist/song selection for Eurovision 2025. Alongside Iceland we will see heat 4 of Melodifestivalen, the semi final of Chefsache ESC 2025 and semi final 1 of Festival da Canção.
Sweden: Melodifestivalen: heat 4
Keyyo and Edvin Törnblom return as hosts for heat 4 of Melodifestivalen 2025 live from Malmö Arena. The top two scoring acts will advance to the final and the third placed act will advance to the final qualification. The remaining three acts will be disqualified. 14 acts will be competing in the semi final of Germany’s Eurovision 2025 national final, Chefsache ESC 2025. Barbara Schöneberger returns as host of the show from EMG Studio 8 in Hürth, Köln. 100% jury vote will determine the 9 acts that will advance to the final. Iceland: Söngvakeppnin 2025: final
The final of Söngvakeppnin 2025 takes place tonight at RVK Studios in Reykjavík, hosted by Benedikt Valsson, Guðrún Dís Emilsdóttir and Fannar Sveinsson. Six artists will be competing, with the winner being determined by 50% televote and 50% international jury vote. There will be no super final in the final this year.

Portugal: Festival da Canção: semi final 1
Festival da Canção begins tonight with semi final 1. 10 acts will be competing. In the first round of voting, the top 5 of 50% televote and 50% jury vote will qualify. In the second round of voting, 100% televoting will determine the 6th qualifier. Jorge Gabriel and José Carlos Malato will host the show live from RTP Studios in Lisbon.
