Ukraine's Eurovision 2006 representative, Tina Karol has announced she will be embarking on a North American tour later this year.
The Ukrainian singer has confirmed a 12-date North American tour, starting on September 29th in Seattle, Washington, and ending on October 16th in Toronto, Canada.
Tina Karol’s North American tour will be in aid of charity. All of the proceeds from the tour will go to the “Polyus Tyazhinnia” fund, which is a charity that has been supporting children’s cancer hospitals in Ukraine since 2014.
Tickets are available to purchase here. Prices range from 50 US Dollars to 1,000 US Dollars, for VIP tickets (for 10 people). For her show in Toronto, prices are between 75 and 105 Canadian Dollars.
Who is Tina Karol?
Tina Karol, born Tetiana Liberman, is a Ukrainian singer, actress and television presenter. Her career began when she represented Ukraine in Eurovision 2006, finishing in 7th place with “Show Me Your Love”. Her debut album of the same name soon followed.
Since Eurovision, Tina Karol has continued to sing, releasing a whole host of singles and albums, in Ukrainian, Russian and English that have topped the charts in Ukraine.
Tina has also tried her hand at acting, presenting and judging. In 2012, she joined the judging panel on “The Voice Kids”, staying on for three seasons. Just one year later, she joined the jury panel of adult version of “The Voice”.
