Bulgaria’s Victoria Georgieva has announced on her social media that her latest release, Ugly Cry, will be one of her potential songs for Eurovision 2021.
In a statement on her Instagram she stated;
“To answer all the burning questions – yes, Ugly Cry will be one of my potential Eurovision 2021 songs and will be part of Bulgaria’s internal selection for Rotterdam.”
She then went on to thank her team for all of their hard work:
“And of course I want to thank my team from the bottom of my heart for creating this project together – more than 60 people were part of this production! Love you all”
Back in August 2020, Victoria attended the Black Sea Songwriting Camp along with fellow Eurovision alum Ben Dolic (2020 Germany) and Cesar Sampson (2018 Austria). There she worked on a number of new songs which are believed to be more possible Eurovision songs. It remains to be seen if Victoria and BNT will release anymore potential Eurovision songs before the announcement of the official entry in March 2021.
