United Kingdom: Clodagh Rogers has passed away aged 78

On November 27th, Festivali i Këngës announced on Instagram the stage concept for the 59th edition of of the Albanian song festival, which is used to select their participant for the Eurovision Song Contest.
Festivali i Këngës 59 will take place outside in Sheshi Italia (Italy Square) in Tirana due to restrictions during the COVID -19 pandemic to minimise risk levels to artists, audiences and crew.
