A few days ago, we heard a preview of “Palante”, the song that Soleá will sing at Junior Eurovision 2020. Today, Spain’s public broadcaster RTVE has shown the making of the official video for the song. In the images, we see that the production team of the broadcaster has travelled to Seville, Soleá’s hometown, to film in some of the most iconic places in the city.
The Torre del Oro, Plaza de España and Parque de María Luisa are the main backdrops of the official video in which Soleá wants to convey the joy and positivity of her theme for the contest. The nine-year-old singer has been very proud to record in her city and to be able to show it to the whole of Europe. She has confessed that her favourite scenes are those filmed in Plaza de España.
Monuments, nature and dance are the main ingredients of the video. Four dancers, two boys and two girls, accompany Soleá in the video, which is something that she has loved because she loves dancing. In addition to this, she has entrusted the help of her father, the famous Flamenco dancer “El Farru”, to help her practise the most difficult steps of the choreography. He has accompanied her throughout filming.
“Palante” will be published exclusively on 7th October through RTVE. The song will be available on digital platforms the following day.
