It’s been confirmed that Destiny has signed a worldwide record deal with Sony Music in Sweden. The news has been confirmed by her management team in a press release.
“It’s with great pleasure that we confirm our signing of Sony music Sweden with the talented artist Destiny for the song ‘Je me Casse’. Sony Music is very excited and looking forward to making Destiny a worldwide household name.”
Destiny is thrilled with this news, as she mentions: “This is a dream come true and this is a testament that I am on the right track and that hard work pays off. I really can’t wait to develop this relationship further and I cannot wait to start working with Sony Music to reach new levels.”
Destiny’s career was propelled when she won Junior Eurovision 2015 with her song “Not My Soul”. Since then, she has continued to perform, and has even released a handful of new songs. In 2019, she was a backing vocalist for Michela at Eurovision in Tel Aviv, and later that year, went on to audition for X Factor Malta, which she won. Before the cancellation of the contest, she was due to represent Malta in Eurovision 2020 with “All Of My Love”.
